Use the public transportation as possible because it is
the best and sure way to get somewhere in Tokyo.
It is 10 minutes walk from Musashi-sakai (武蔵境) station on JR Chuo line (中央線). Take "rapid(快速)" from Tokyo or Shinjuku. If you get on "special rapid(特快)" on Chuo line, change to "rapid(快速)" at Mitaka (三鷹) station.
There are two gates but make sure you exit from the smaller gate and turn right.
